International Sales Manager (m/w) – Focus Eastern & Southeastern Europe

We are expanding our international business and are looking for a strong sales professional to help us conquer the markets in Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe and Turkey.

Your Responsibilities

• Systematic development and expansion of the markets in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Balkans (Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.) and Turkey
• Acquisition of B2B customers (gastronomy, hospitality, resellers, garden and landscaping companies, real estate developers)
• Building and maintaining a strong distributor and partner network in the region
• Project consulting and technical support for larger tenders and projects
• Close collaboration with the HAGS team and our headquarters in Bad Fallingbostel

Your Profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in foreign trade, building materials or outdoor products
• Strong existing network in Eastern and Southeastern Europe (this is key!)
• Fluent English (additional languages such as Polish, Hungarian, Turkish or Russian are a big advantage)
• Independent, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
• Willingness to travel regularly to the target markets
